Come in
No.13/15, Arangannal Street, Near Panchamukha Hanuman Temple, Taramani, Chennai 600113. Open 6–8 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Plus Code: X6MQ+34 Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Paste it into Google Maps if the street address is hard to find.
You will also see the locality spelled Tharamani, on Wikipedia and on some maps and directory listings. It is the same place.
This is the room you can borrow from. The library's original location in Madipakkam is the head office and is temporarily closed for renovations, though members can arrange a pickup there: both locations are set out in full.
What we can help with
Whether a book is on the shelf, whether there is room in the membership this month, what it costs to join, or when we are open. Members can also ask for their portal link again if they have lost it.
Joining happens at the library, not here: bring any photo ID and we will take it from there. The terms are set out on the membership page.
If something on this site is wrong, a book listed that we do not have or a title spelled badly, tell us and it will be fixed the same week.
